Question 1

What is RobuxKinun?

Accepted Answer

RobuxKinun is a Bangladeshi store for Robux, gift cards and Roblox game items. Pay with bKash, Nagad or Rocket, and your order is delivered automatically to your Roblox account.

Question 2

Is it safe for my account? Do you need my password?

Accepted Answer

Yes. With Group Payout we never need your password: Robux is sent through Roblox's official group payout feature, which only needs your username. If you choose Login Purchase instead, your login is encrypted and deleted automatically once your order is delivered.

Question 3

Why are your prices cheaper than Roblox?

Accepted Answer

We purchase Robux in bulk from developers and official exchange programs, allowing us to pass the savings directly to you.

Question 4

How does group payout work?

Accepted Answer

Join our Roblox group. Roblox requires members to be in a group for 14 days before they can receive payouts. After that, every Robux order is paid out to you directly from the group.

Question 5

Why do I have to wait 14 days?

Accepted Answer

This is a Roblox rule for group payouts, not ours. The Robux page shows a countdown so you know exactly when you can order.

Question 6

How long does delivery take?

Accepted Answer

Robux is usually delivered within minutes after your payment is verified. Game items are gifted manually, usually within a few hours.

Question 7

What is Login Purchase?

Accepted Answer

Login Purchase is another way to buy Robux, mostly for bigger packs. You give us your Roblox username, password and a backup code, and we buy the Robux directly on your account. It usually takes a few hours.

Question 8

Is Login Purchase safe?

Accepted Answer

Your login details are encrypted the moment you send them, only used to deliver your order, and wiped as soon as it's delivered. If you'd rather not share your password at all, use Group Payout, which only needs your username.

Question 9

What is a backup code and why do you need it?

Accepted Answer

A backup code is a one-time code from Roblox's 2-Step Verification. We need it to sign in to your account for a Login Purchase. Turn on 2-Step Verification in Roblox Settings > Security, tap Generate under Backup Codes and copy any one code.

Question 10

What is a Roblox gift card?

Accepted Answer

A prepaid code from Roblox that adds Robux or credit to your Roblox account. Use it for Robux, Premium or in-game items, no credit card needed.

Question 11

Should I buy a Global or USA card?

Accepted Answer

Global cards add a set amount of Robux. USA cards add US dollar credit and only work on US-region Roblox accounts. Pick the one that matches your account.

Question 12

How do I redeem my code?

Accepted Answer

Open roblox.com/redeem in a browser, sign in to your Roblox account, enter the code and tap Redeem. Codes can't be redeemed in the mobile app or on a console.

Question 13

How fast will I get my code?

Accepted Answer

As soon as your payment is verified, the code is sent to your email and shows on your order page.
