Joining our official Roblox group is mandatory to receive your Robux. Please follow the steps below carefully.
According to Roblox policy, a group cannot pay out Robux to a new member immediately. You must remain in the group for 14 days for security reasons.
Once the 14-day period is over, we will be able to send the Robux to your account.
