When you create an account: your email address and, if you add them, your name and WhatsApp number. When you order: your Roblox username, public Roblox user ID and avatar, the items you buy and your order history. When you pay: the payment reference, Transaction ID and the number you paid from, as sent to us by bKash. For security: the browser, device and IP address of each signed-in session.
Login Purchase details
If you choose Login Purchase, you give us your Roblox password and a backup code. These are encrypted as soon as you send them, used only to deliver that order, and permanently wiped as soon as it is delivered or cancelled. We never use them for anything else.
What we never ask for
We never ask for your Roblox password or codes by chat, phone or email, and never ask for your bKash PIN or verification code. Anyone asking for these on our behalf is a scammer - please report them to us.
How we use your information
Only to run the store: to process and deliver your orders, confirm payments, send order emails, answer your support messages, keep your account secure and prevent fraud. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
Cookies and browser storage
We use a small number of cookies to keep you signed in and remember your language, and your browser's storage to keep your cart. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear cookies in your browser settings, but you will be signed out.
Who we share it with
Only with services that help us run the store, and only what they need: bKash (payments), Google (only if you sign in with Google), Resend (order emails), Roblox's public services (to look up usernames and deliver Robux), and our own secure order notifications to our team. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Reviews
If you write a review, it shows only a masked version of your Roblox username (never your email or real name), your rating and your review. Reviews are only published after we check them.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and order records while your account is open and as long as needed for accounting and to resolve disputes. Login Purchase details are deleted as soon as the order is delivered or cancelled.
Security
We protect your information with encrypted connections (HTTPS), encrypted storage for login details, hashed passwords and limited access. No system is perfectly secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.
Your rights
You can view and update your profile in your account settings, sign out other devices, and ask us to export or delete your account data through the Contact page. Some order records may be kept where we are required to.
Children
Many Roblox players are young. If you are under 18, please use RobuxKinun with a parent or guardian's permission. If you believe a child has given us personal information without permission, contact us and we will remove it.
