1. General
By using RobuxKinun or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They apply to our website and to our support channels, including WhatsApp, Messenger and Discord.
2. About us
RobuxKinun sells Robux, Roblox gift cards and in-game items to players in Bangladesh. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. Roblox and Robux are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.
3. Your account
You need an account to place an order. Keep your login details safe - you are responsible for everything done with your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are in Bangladeshi taka (BDT). Payment is made in advance through bKash. The price shown at checkout, including any coupon, is final for that order. Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically after 10 minutes.
5. Information you must give us
Group Payout: a correct Roblox username, and you must have been in our Roblox group for at least 14 days. Login Purchase: your correct Roblox username, password and a backup code. Game items: a correct Roblox username, and you may need to be online for an in-game trade. Gift cards: no Roblox details are needed. We deliver using exactly the details you give us.
6. Delivery
Orders are delivered after your payment is confirmed. Robux by group payout and gift cards are usually delivered within minutes; game items and Login Purchase usually within a few hours, and some packs can take up to 24 hours. Delivery times are estimates, and you can follow every step on your order page.
7. Refunds
You get a full refund if we can't deliver, if your order takes much longer than the delivery time shown and you ask before it's delivered, or if what we deliver is invalid or wrong. If you change your mind after paying but before delivery, you get 60% back. Delivered orders and wrong details you entered are not refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
8. Gift card codes and items
Codes are checked before delivery. USA gift cards only work on US-region Roblox accounts, so choose the right card before you pay. Redeem your code soon after delivery. We are not responsible for codes that are shared, lost or entered wrongly after delivery.
9. Roblox rules
Roblox can change its features, rules or limits at any time. If a Roblox change stops us from delivering your order, we will refund it. You are responsible for following the Roblox Terms of Use on your own account.
10. Fraud and misuse
Do not use stolen payment accounts, make false claims or open payment disputes for orders you received. We may cancel orders, block accounts and report fraud to the relevant authorities. You may not resell our products or use the RobuxKinun name or group without our permission.
11. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use RobuxKinun after a change means you accept the updated terms.
